Privacy Policy

How Better MVA Leads collects, uses and protects information about the law firms and people who use this website.

Last updated October 19, 2026

01Who we are

Better MVA Leads is a marketing service for personal injury law firms. It is operated by [Legal company name], [Registered business address] (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the information described in this policy.

This policy covers this website, including the fit check and call booking. It does not cover information we handle for a client firm under a signed agreement. That agreement covers it.

02What we collect

Information you give us when you check your fit or book a call:

  • Your name, work email, mobile number and role.
  • Your firm’s name, state and website.
  • Your answers to the fit-check questions.
  • The time you book, and your time zone.

Information we collect when you visit:

  • Your IP address, browser and device type.
  • The pages you visit, the page that sent you here, and campaign tags in the link you followed.
  • An advertising click ID, if you arrive from a Meta ad, and Meta’s browser cookies, if they are present.
  • Signals from your browser and device that our bot check uses to tell people from automated traffic.

03How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and decide whether our service is a fit for your firm.
  • To schedule your call and prepare for it.
  • To contact you about your enquiry by phone and email, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
  • To keep a record of our business contacts in our CRM.
  • To measure which of our ads bring enquiries, and to improve them.
  • To protect the website from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations, and to set up, use or defend legal claims.

04Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that provide services to us, under contracts that limit how they use it:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, our database and the bot check.
  • Resend: delivery of our team’s email notifications.
  • Cal.com: call scheduling.
  • Attio: our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Meta Platforms: advertising measurement. We send Meta your email, phone number, name and state in a hashed (scrambled) form, with your IP address, browser and click ID, so that Meta can match your enquiry to an ad.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We do not sell personal information for money.

05Advertising and your choices

Sending information to Meta for ad measurement can count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some US state privacy laws.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as your request to opt out. We then send Meta nothing about you, and we do not store your advertising click ID. You can also opt out by email at any time.

06Cookies and browser storage

  • If you arrive from a Meta ad, we store the ad’s click ID in a first-party cookie (_fbc) for 90 days.
  • We store the first page you visited, the page that sent you and the date in your browser’s local storage for 90 days, so that we know which campaign brought your enquiry.
  • Our bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store or read information in your browser to work.

We do not use analytics cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records while we have, or may have, a business relationship with your firm, and after that for as long as we need them for legal, tax and dispute purposes.

Once we have delivered an email, an advertising event or a CRM note, our record of that delivery keeps no copy of your details. A copy that could not be delivered is removed after 90 days. Counters that protect the site from abuse are deleted after 2 days.

08Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email [Support email].

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s privacy law, such as the right to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. We respond to every request, we may need to confirm your identity first, and we never treat you differently for using your rights. You can also use an authorized agent.

09Visitors in the UK and EEA

If UK or EU data protection law applies, we use your information because it is necessary for steps you asked us to take before a contract, for our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business, to meet legal obligations, or with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to receive a copy of it. Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, with safeguards that the law requires. You can complain to your data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

10Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transfer or storage is completely secure.

11Children

This website is for businesses. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
